Responsibilities

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

· Perform on-site installation, setup, and commissioning of semiconductor tape and reel machines at customer’s sites.

· Execute onsite buyoff, alignment, calibration and system checks according to specifications.

· Work closely with customer Equipment, Process, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth installation and machine readiness.

· Troubleshoot machine’s mechanical, electrical, vacuum, pneumatic, vision, softwares and control-related issues

· Provide technical support during machine start-up, upgrades, and retrofits.

· Provide operation and maintenance training to customer.

· Document installation activities, service reports, and issue resolutions accurately.

· Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a positive and cooperative working environment.

· Communicate with equipment principals (manufacturers/suppliers) professionally and effectively to ensure timely technical support and resolution.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics or related Engineering

· Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, pneumatics, vision.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

· Experience in semiconductor manufacturing tape and reel machines with vision inspection will be added advantage.

· Possesses own transport and willing travel to customer site (local and overseas).

· Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently & in a team

· Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
